Engineer – Platform & IT Support
Provide technical support for platform infrastructure, end-user systems, and IT operations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and platform issues, ensure system availability, manage user access, and support deployments while maintaining security and operational best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve platform performance and reliability.
